After last Saturday’s Canadian dance move shenanigans, I figured I’d post something a bit more substantial this weekend. If you haven’t heard of Scott Bradlee’s Postmodern Jukebox, you’re seriously missing out (they remain, to this day, the one and only band I’ve actually purchased tickets to see, which says as much about my concert-going lameness as it does their undeniable awesomeness).
But Postmodern Jukebox got a whole lot more interesting when they started touring with tap dancer Sarah Reich of So You Think You Can Dance and Syncopated Ladies fame. She is, to put it simply, amazing: such clear taps and a level of musicality that just baffles the mind. Plus she is one of the few people in the work who can rock shiny red pants.
Enjoy and have a great weekend!
